This beautiful home is one of our favorites for the bedding, amenities and nightly rate! It is located in the quiet Solamere neighborhood of Snow Park just a mile away from the lower base area of Deer Valley. 

The entry level of the home has a two car garage as well as more parking in front, perfect for larger groups that need multiple vehicles. There is a private studio apartment, the perfect place for a traveling childcare provider. Also found on this floor is the laundry room, fitness center and racquetball court!

Up one level you will find the living section of the home with the kitchen, living room, dining areas and pool table. Back porch off this level has an outdoor fireplace, built-in gas grill and secluded hot tub.

One more level up you will find the main bedrooms of the home. The luxurious master suite has a king bed and a large bathroom with steam shower and jetted bathtub. Next are the third bedroom, fourth bedroom and den that all share a bathroom between them. From this level there is a spiral staircase taking you to the top floor which has the second bedroom with a king size bed.

Living Room: Beautifully decorated with lots of cozy leather furnishing. Gorgeous gas burning fireplace separates the formal dining room from the living room.

Kitchen: Tile flooring surrounds this well newly updated kitchen that is fully equipped for cooking home meals. All new stainless steel appliances (with 2 ovens & 2 dishwashers), granite counters and custom cabinetry make this professional kitchen a joy to cook in. Counter/bar with 4 bar stools separates the kitchen space from the informal dining area.

Studio: This part of the home has an extra private kitchen area located on the first floor shared with a small living area and the fifth bedroom. This private area is perfect for a vacationing nanny or a young adult couple in the group!

Formal Dining Room: Seating at the dining table for up to 8 makes this beautiful room with mountain theme chandelier the perfect place for a family dinner.

Informal Dining Room: Located just off the kitchen area. This is a great spot to enjoy breakfast with a beautiful view of Deer Valley Resort. Seating for up to 7 with 4 more spots at the kitchen counter.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, large professionally designed walk in closet, adjoining full bath with steam shower, jetted tub and separate seating area. Gorgeous mountain views from the private balcony. Located on third floor.
Second – King bed, adjoining full bathroom (located on top floor, accessed by spiral staircase).
Third – Queen size bed, Shares bathroom with fourth bedroom (located on third floor).
Fourth – Twin bunk beds, shares bathroom with third bedroom (located on third floor)
Fifth - Queen size bedroom located on the first floor. This room has it's own private suite with an additional full kitchen, living room and bathroom.

Den: Located on the third floor. This room has a queen size futon and a wall mounted 42" HDTV with digital cable, DVD player and surround sound stereo. French doors close for privacy. Shares bathroom with 3rd and 4th bedrooms.

Deck: There are many decks throughout the home. However, the back porch is in my opinion one of the best outdoor entertaining decks we have in the Deer Valley area. This large space has a built in fireplace and BBQ grill as well as the private hot tub!

Pool Hall: Located just off of the kitchen area. There is a professional billiards table with a great stereo system. This is a perfect spot to enjoy the company of family and friends!

Outdoor Hot Tub: Located on the extra large back deck close to the outdoor fireplace and BBQ.

Sauna: There is a full size sauna room located just outside the racquet ball court.

Racquetball Court and Fitness Center: Located on the first level there is a full size, professional racquetball court. This gymnasium style room is great for a competitive workout or a place for the kids to play around. There is a fitness facility located at the top of the steps with a spinning bicycle and a stair climber.

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in laundry hall on lower level. Second washer and dryer located on 3rd floor.

Garage: 2 car garage. Additional outdoor parking is available on driveway.
