The Double Jack condominiums are located within walking distance uphill to the base of the Park City Mountain Resort, and Historic Main Street which is less than a mile up the road. This complex is also on the free city bus line so a car is not necessary. This condo is a great value and location year round. 

This lovely, 4 bedroom condo is more than 2000 square feet. It is accessed by stairs or the elevator, and is mostly all one level except for the fourth bedroom, which is on the lower level. The entry is on the main level, with master bedroom suite and the second and third bedrooms separated by the living room and adjacent kitchen and dining area. Just off the dining area is the hot tub in an enclosed redwood room, and this is also where the stairs go down to the fourth bedroom. There is also a private sauna for this unit.

Living Room: Brand new gas burning fireplace, 55" HDTV, DVD, CD player, plenty of cozy seating on the large wrap around couch.

Kitchen: Separated from the living room and dining area by a counter bar, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals. There are solid surface countertops and updated appliances.

Dining Room: Seating for up to 10 at dining table plus 4 barstools at the kitchen counter.

Bedrooms: 
Master – King bed, adjoining bathroom with large tiled shower (no tub). HDTV.
Second – Queen bed, bathroom is located directly across the hallway with access to sauna.

Air Conditioning: Yes, great for Summer rentals!

Garage: Common area garage with assigned parking, room for 1 car. Note: The clearance is only about 6 ½ feet; high profile vehicles, especially with ski racks will not fit. However, this location is great for public transportation and a private vehicle is not necessary.

Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: 3/10 mile via car to Resort Center, or walk around the corner to the stairs at 13th Street and Norfolk, up through the parking lot to the lifts (approximately 350 yards).
